* Closely monitor stock of import raw material , cooperate with production and sales and QC in order to keep product availabel in stock with a good qulaity. * Process import document . * Deal with aboard supplier.

1. ติดต่อประสานงานลูกค้าเพื่อเตรียมงานผ่านพิธีการศุลกากร 2. ดำเนินการในระบบเพื่อจัดทำใบขนสินค้า Paperless 3. ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับพิกัดศุลกาการ (บริษัทฯมีผู้ชำนาญการศุลกากร) 4. ประสานงานเกี่ยวกับค่าบริการหรือค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆเพื่อส่งเรื่องต่อให้ฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงินของบริษัทฯ 5. ติดต่อประสานงานและติดตามงานโดย e-mail 6. ประสานงานแผนกหรือฝ่ายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในบริษัทฯ เช่น แผนกชิปปิ้ง, ฝ่ายขนส่ง เป็นต้น

ติดต่องานด้านการขายต่างประเทศ นำเข้า ส่งออก

ติดต่อประสานงานขายสินค้าให้กับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ

- ประสานงานกับลูกค้ากรมศุลากรเพื่อดำเนินการเรื่องการส่งออกสินค้า - จัดเตรียมเอกสารเพื่อการส่งออก

จัดเรียงสินค้าและบรรจุสินค้า

- Responsible for Export Sales & Marketing Support - Handle client requirement and order via email and telephone - Provide product information/ example/ document to client - Monitor and follow up internal & external party including delivery process and document to ensure product will be delivered to client within time frame - Prepare weekly and monthly report to management
