Job Status: Full time or contractor Key Accountabilities: 1.Creation of requirements, documents and any other supporting document. 2.Consults with key business users to develop understanding of business needs. *Responsible for determining how changing business needs will affect the system. *Understands the role of the system and provides ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of the system. 3.Communicate business issues, needs and changes expeditiously to manager, and suggest appropriate solutions to issues. 4.Ensures current and accurate system documentation. Involved with the Project Manager regarding planning/scheduling and sources allocation. 5.Builds effective relationships with business units to develop a "joint" vision. คุณสมบัติ : (1) At least 3 years experience in analytical business experience equivalent. (2) Software / system application implementation as the business analyst or related role is preferable. (3) Bachelor or Master degree in related fields. (4) Ability to perform analysis and present information in a story format with clear conclusions and recommendations in a fairly autonomous manner. (5) Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (6) Very strong verbal and written skills required. (7) Strong interpersonal skill.
